If Ximendingarea, famous one I only know of Ah Zong Mian Xian. In general their Lu Rou Fan (Braised meat rice) also not bad one. Especially the signboard got one mustache guy one. Think is Hu xu zhang lu rou fan.

I just recommended in my post and the store name Blanco Court Kway Chup refers to the old Blanco Court Building which makes way for Raffles Hospital.

The kway chup store was formerly there at Blanco Court and was packed with lunch time crowd. Not surprised to see long queue now too at Old Airport Road market.

Butter ones have nice butter fragrance. I like coffee ones.
Those who like will like it very much.
Those who dun like d strong buttery taste will say it taste so so :)

Imo, taste better than those danish cookies ;)
If u have tried Marks n Spencer cookies b4.. its sort of similar

Anybody knows where in JB/Malacca/KL can find "noodles/kway teow" made from fish paste.

Basically whole bowl (with soup and fishballs) is just fish + veg.

I'll be waiting for the day that I find a western food in a hawker center that can be compared to a restaurant's. There's just this huge gap between them. Also - don't go to chain restaurants like Swensens.

Conclusion

There are only a handful of rojak stalls that people talk about and this is one of them. The sauce is perfect and the century eggs are excellent. I just wish they would grill their You Char Kway and grind their own peanuts, then it would really be contender for best rojak in Singapore.

If u like Sundanese food, this is a place to be n apart from great food, the ambience is great.
I prefer Sundan food in Bandung.

I usually eat tis for supper or late dinner............. I don know wheres the best but any shop or stall that sell tis cant go too bad.............. Very simple comfort bowl of noodles with pork or beef balls n pork or beef slices.......... Basil leaves n beansprouts with the standard thai condiments makes tis bowl of noodles perfect........... Noodle type usually beehoon, tanghoon or normal thin kuay teow........... ur choice :)
