Went there years ago, during low season and also during time when Japs start migrating to cheaper places like Nana, Star Wars cafe. The times I was there, I was the only one so could choose from full selection. Girls well groomed, well trained and well behaved, good service. Overall quality not as good as Gclub but better than Sukhumvit beer bars and soi 33 bars but there were gems and good thing is I can window shop view them without really going inside as they would all parade on the lounge sofa. If I didn't see any I like I would move on. Those were the days. Of cos these days, quite a number of these girls migrate or freelance in Star Wars cafe :)

Bro let me give you some good advice. It is impossible to say die die must go clubs coz what I think may be fun , you might think its boring. So why don't you go and look see the few recommendations for yourself. Go recce and find the wild fruits before the rest of the platoon comes to eat it all up.

In life , whether we turn right or turn left are already decisions that may change your life so why not just cheong and enjoy yourself in Thailand. Or you can take the commuter City Line. 45 bahts will take you all the way to Phaya Thai. From Phaya Thai, simply walk over to BTS Sukhumvit line.

You can get off at Makkasan (closer to Sukhumvit) and continue to MRT Petchaburi, but the transition won't be as smooth, unless you've got one of these:

Which part of suk u talking about?? Suk is 1 of the longest road in Thailand, if u take suk road, u can even reach Pattaya.

Anyway, depending on individual, some prefer new, some prefer old.... taking a taxi will have a different of only few bahts.

Which airport you fly in to depends on the airline you choose. Generally the budget airlines goes to Don Muang and full fare airlines goes to Suvarnabhumi.

So if you have a preference for certain airlines, you will not have a choice of airport. Vice versa

But if you are open to any airline, Suvarnabhumi gives you the choice of taking Airport Rail while Dong Muang you are limited to taxi and bus.

There is a shuttle service (golf buggy) that brings you from Makkasan station to the main road (Asoke Din Daeng). This saves you from walking 250m. From there turn right and walk straight, you should see the Petchaburi MRT station in less than 3 mins.

Why bother take MRT instead of taxi from airport? You only save peanuts couple of hundred baht which not even enough for a couple of whiskey at a bar. Somemore not as comfortable and I like to be fresh and hit ground running instead of unnecessary hassle. Only time I would take train is when I am leaving BKK and my flight is evening flight so I catch train to airport in order not to miss my flight. Have missed evening flights quite a number of times taking taxi.:D

1) The only thing you should be paying upfront is the BAR FINE if you wish to bring back any girls from bars or gogos from Nana, Soi Cowboy, Patpong etc. Now is "low season" so more girls than punters. If they insist, move on to the next bar. Plenty of ikan in the sea.

2) Only exception for this upfront payment is Saphan Kwai local AGG like Chats. If you go ST you pay upfront everything - Bar Fine, Girls Time and room to the bar. My Thai GF (from the horse's mouth) tells me to avoid ALL Jap infested plcs at ALL costs and below is the reason .....

She is now currently "baoed" by a high-flying CEO of HONDA (APAC region). He pays her THB 24,000 a day just to accompany him on golf trips, etc.

It was a H-bomb dropped on me this time around. She says she is doing purely for $$$ as she is planning to buy landed property in BKK. She still asks me to wait for her (if i am still willing).....

Not sure if i can live with the fact that my GF is being screwed by someone else. Maybe i owe the Japs something in my previous life. Incidently, both my Grandfathers were tortured and killed by Japs in WW2.....:(
