I am no expert,and I supposed there is no standard or so call proper method to apply.
What I did was to tell those old gals that I today cant sit them because I din bring enough $,and I wanna to sit a particular gals which i fancy....well,some understanding one will leave,some may insist to sit without inetrrupting me,some may pull long face...I just say no choice ladies,I don have enough $ for everyone.Yes,that will make me no face,I don care men.

What I understand small room & 2 jugs of beer is $100.50 (not inclusive of tips for waitress) for 2 person, if more than 2 person will have to top-up even more. Advisable to ask the waitress the charges the moment u step into the room for the actual amount of people. Do take note that the charges the waitress quote u not inclusive of her tips. :D
