My friend smsed me to say she's late... well... not exactly a blind date more like a double date... she and her hubby and me and this Alexis aka Ye Ting... How long has it been since I blind-dated or double-dated ?? Very very long... my palms are sweaty... but I think rubbing them on the table cloth would be not be considered good table manners ba... maybe next time should get them to my fav roti prata joint in JC instead :p
after an agonishing 15 mins... they arrived... I saw my friend's hubby but could not see her... only after a while I realised she was buried behind a huge bounquet of roses and baby breathes.... Looking at her flowers.. I looked at mine... I looked at her flowers again and I looked down at mine....
Shit !! I threw the flowers to the next table... better not to present any than to be embrassed :o when I present my beanstalk of a flower next to that oak of a flower bouquet !! I am starting to detest Valentine Day again...
