Stress and regret

After having unprotected oral and protected sex with a Thai Gal(Luna) from the FL dome on last sat(4Oct08), i feel very regret and stress.
Was thinking is she clean. will i be affected with HIV/STD?

Went to DSC for check today early morning after sending my wife to work. Bcos of the window period, HiV test is negative. The test result will only be out 2 weeks. Had request for all test to be done. Scared and stress. not able to sleep well, no appetite and always go check whether private part got any problem. really become parenoid.

Really feel sad for myself. I really love my wife and feel really sorry for her to have such a husband. i am really depress and feel that i will be breaking my own family.

Hope those wh is healthy and have a nice family to practise safe sex if necessary and if can, just be faitful to your partner. If i am ok after 2 weeks, i swear i will be faitful and never ever do this kind of stupid things.

This is the first time i try out commercial sex. really regret and suffer. Hope brothers out there to take care.

Hard78 : Dont worry so much.. u have protected sex and condom does provide good protective against HIV.. other like herpes and warts not so but those are not life killing diseases.. also a 1 time experience poses lower risk too for herpes n warts.

BJ without condom poses low risk for HIV.. low enough that nothing officially documented before. Highest chance of a BBBJ is u get NGU and that one needs some anti-biotic then all clear.. other STD from it is also on lower risk side.

from what u say.. i think ur risk is very low of HIV.. and low for others as well beside NGU.. u will know u got NGU within 2 wks after exposure.

Are you ok? You sound very down.

Anyway, as I mentioned in another thread. There are financial subsidies for HIV, given out by AfA and several other organizations. There are systems in place to help people with HIV. And there's actually lots and lots of people around who are willing to help people with HIV. So don't paint such a gloomy picture, it really isn't as bad as you described.

And no, ignorance is not bliss. Not for HIV.
You could be infecting other people, and in turn, they infect more people. Dunno whether you have a consience, but could you live with the fact that you have harmed someone else? Could you live with having infected your loved ones, and even maybe your own children?

And if you wait till the end stage and develop AIDS you could be so severely sick that you wipe out even more of your savings, you could be too ill to work, and you could burden other people to have to take care of you.

Don't use the $1000 as an excuse to remain ignorant. For most people, its not that expensive. Really. And come on, other medical expenses like kidney dialysis could cost even more.

There's always a way out.

Be a man, be a responsible and good man. Make the right choices.
Choose to wear a condom, choose to have safer sex. Protect yourself from HIV.
Choose to get a HIV test, choose to know and do the right thing for yourself and your loved ones.
And remember you always have the option to stay away from WLs and FLs.

Till now, i have not develop any symptom. donno what kind of symptom to look out for and how long before it comes out.

Hope all brothers here do not make the same regretful mistake i had done. i swear i will not commit to this kind of stupid activities. my first and also my last. Take care all brothers out there.

The window period for HIV is 3 -6 months after last exposure. If you want to wait, pay 400+ for a PCR test

As for the rest -

Syphillis - you can do a blood test 1 month later

Gonorhea (??) - if there's no urination pain or pus from your dick, you should be ok ... I think it can be tested via blood as well

Herpes - warts / growth on your dick

Syphillis.. 3 mths to be accurate.. got cure, dont worry

Gonorrhea.. normaly got symtoms but not always, chk via swap taken in dick.. not blood test

Herpes - if u got it then u shld get outbreak within wks if not mth (some longer).. when u get the outbreak u will know as it obvious.. (warts on the other hand u might not see and think its something else and theres no diagnosis method other then seeing it).

Herpes can chk via blood test to see u got HSV 2 or not, HSV 2 typically attacks genital area so its a STD.. HSV1 not as its commonly found even in kids gotten from shared cups or frenly kiss.. lots of info on HSV 1 & 2 on web, go read up if u keen

- your worries over STD infection is mostly due to ur guilt.. since u made urself a promise u not gonna do it again, thats already a good start.. whats done is done, and hey, we are men after all.. if u never try how u know this sort of activities is not suitable for u ?

- 1 mth period after exposure.. u can chk for gorh and chylm and NGU, HIV, Hepatitis B
- 3 mths period after exposure.. chk HIV (to recomfirm), Sypillis and Herpes

i will be surprise if u got anything from what u did (highest risk u got is NGU from bbbj but u would hv feel it if u got it already)..

anyway, with the above test.. u are all well cleared from STD (except warts, as that one need to see and if u dont find one, the nurse might not see it too since they wont go cm by cm ard ur dick to find)

dont stress out.. i am pretty sure u r ok from std with what u did. post ur finding here later..

Thanks for all your reply and some encouragement. I went for full checks on the 8th Oct 08. 5 days after the encounter. requested for full check. negative for HIV but understand the window period is 3mths - 6mths. given urine for check. blood for test also. requested for Herpes test also. Just want to be safe. have to be responsible not to pass it to my wife. If in the events i had any of the STD/HIV, will need to inform my wife. cannot keep her in the dark.

Really feel very down. not able to sleep well since then. at night will find that sweating in my sleep. mouth very dry. keeps drinking water and always goes to toilet to take a look at my little brother. so scared. donno what will happens the next morning. Till today is my 13days after the stupid incident. have not seen or feel anything. donno am i ok
