Sounds like you are fucked.

Suggest you take a real report and edit, but will still have clinic and serial number that your wife can confirm with, although clinics will not divulge info.

Go do your test, request to take result in person, not by mail or email.
Take the report and scan.
Edit.
Print it out on a colour printer with decent paper, normally clinic or test results paper a bit different.

But if wife ask why did not go take result with her, you make up your own excuse.

Ask someone who looks a bit like you, take your IC go for checkup
Do you think clinic will go all the way do DNA test, fingerprint test to confirm the correct person is taking the test?
Why do you need to personally go do the test or scared what result will it be?
Anyway, positive or negative, I guess you are screwed...

If you are the only sex partner in the recent years, it is still difficult to justify where the chlamydia came from. It will be better to just focus on the treatment, move on with life and live with chlamydia.

Go JB maybe higher chance some doc willing to give u a "fake" diagnosis and cert.. so even if ur wife call them, u will always end up clean .. Ask around for lobang any doc in JB willing to do that? And give excuse that JB is much cheaper if u wife ask.

If you have this symptoms then you already confirmed infected...you need to see doctor to get the infection treated otherwise you will be fever and sick...

imo, if your wife wants to save the marriage, she will believe anything you say, as long as its reasonable, like drunk or moment of weakness, non emotional once off types.
If she is bent on divorce, nothing you produce will change anything.

I got caught by 4 gfs in my time, their character did not dictate their responses, but all decided to continue be with me when I did the non emotional excuses.
