Hello everyone,

First of all I want to apologize because I don't know if this is the right place to write this. But any help or opinion is appreciated.
Months ago I bought my Oculus and started using them for video games. But recently I discovered adult content (pornography) in virtual reality.
I think I have developed some kind of addiction. At first I only visited sites like pornhub or https://vrcamsporn.com, but now I'm looking for more and more quality content, including live virtual reality webcams.

Some of the actresses are really good looking, with perfectly toned bodies. I like to watch porn with beautiful women with perfect bodies. It's important to me. Here I found them and with my virtual reality glasses I enjoy them in an almost real experience

I'm afraid this could turn into a more serious addiction. Has anyone been in the same situation and can give me some advice please.

Is this actively harming your daily life?

There's a difference between a harmful addiction and something you enjoy doing.

If you are really concerned its a serious addiction, that its stopping you from living a healthy life (spending too much time, prioritising porn over other things, spending absurd amounts of money on porn), try stopping cold turkey. There are plenty of forums and websites for helping to stop porn addiction. If you can't seem to stop, professional help may be needed.

If its not affecting your daily life and its just something you do in your spare time I don't see an issue. Spend time and money within your means. As long as its not out of control, goon as much as you like.
