I believe regular exercise (eg. jogging, swimming etc. Basically aerobic or stamina building activities) helps in building up the power to shoot further.

ya exercise helps loads... even juz pushups and cardio exercise

i also want to shoot further but, then only get a good chance for every 1 to 2days to accumulate full loads. not much chance to practice, at most only 1-2 metre max.
