ok i just wanna make this clear and short...im actually not so new in cheonging la...got quite alot of times already...but i wonder why everytime before i go find girl...i will feel damn nervous, until my heart rate beat very fast...then i will like feel pengsan...i got no performance at all...everytime those gal help me HJ awhile only then i cum liao!! got few times laugh by them!

what happen to me!! i keep wasting money by no doing anything wif them...just simply HJ then i cum liao...got anyone same problem wif me???

My advise to you ... dun waste your money. Save up your money and train yourself from getting too nervous...

First sign of inexperience from new cheongsters are that they are shy or paiseh to the WL ...

Tell yourself, if you are really going to be a real cheongsters... you must have balls and guts ... without balls and guts... you're just a frighten little child... grown up, be more confident in yourself... go cheong... dun have to feel shy or paiseh...

Let me explain it to u, ur situation is a typical medical condition called ' premature ejaculation' . It's meant the person who got it will normally ejaculate b4 normal sexual intercourse or very soon after sexual intercourse started.

If u r not new in sex, and u still facing this problem. Then my advise to u is to get help from Specialist doc. Solve this problem will make sure in ur future life get better quality sex life.

yeah... totally agree with u. but this balls and guts also have to be trained. without any intensive training, the courage wont be there also.

Practise make prefect. Everything is inside your head or in sceintific terms - PSYCHOLOGY.

You already feel nervous the moment you strip naked. It is a good sign that you have this kind of reaction... thats show you small brother is performing.

Go home, watch more DVD and PCC at home. Practise at home first. Use soap, lime juice, sand paper as aid and it will help you stay longer

Since the topic of nervous and "Fast Shot" ...a.k.a premature ejaculation... arises... I want to share a couple of experiences I have myself... it's up to individual .. I guess...

There are couple of experiences when I had full bowels with me.. that means that I am about to have stomachache or urinate...but I have to hold it becos of all the enjoyment I am getting ... so while bonging or being serviced... it takes longer for me to ejaculate ...

Most of the bros here have offered tips that maybe solution - my favour is practise makes perfect.

I have heard of medication and liquid solution - but do you want to risk being dependent/addicted to them? That's why practise makes perfect =1st choice

Since you indicated a racing heart beat. And since woman is something you might have, my suggestion (maybe giving it to you too early - you should try 6" or medical check up first). Try wanking first before you go. That might let you cum slower next time.

But you still got some anxiety issues. You need to train yourself to be calm. Ask the girl to take it slow. Cuddle a bit. Chat.

If you still can't do it. Then maybe cheonging isn't for you.
