I thk he meant Beauty World Plaza...which is still very much ard. Bukit Timah used to hv lots of fun stuff...who can forget those viet gers in BTSC...but has since been really quiet. BWP has a few foot reflexology outlets but if u r looking for SYT then it's not really the place u would want to spend yr time. BTSC has some potential esp the TS gd lobang.
