Recently, i notice there is afew red spots on my penis head, and it feels sharp pain during and after masturbation.
Now seems that its abit more, and feels itchy.
The pain feels like there is cuts on my penis head, especially after erection n masturbation.
Normal time it feels abit itchy.

I am worried, dunno what is that??

Well, check out with the doctor. I guess it might be genital fungal infection. It can be caused by sweat(with lots of bacteria and germs) that is not cleaned off from your dick after excessive sweating and exercise. sorry bros, after i look at the pictures on Genital herpes, i think its different from my condition. I dun encounter blister on my penis, just red dots/spots, especially at the gland area.
