Recently there's a new sexy female colleague in my office 23 fresh grad that start working less than a month ago.

Ask her out for a drink after work lor. From there get her to drink more then you also drink more then compliment her...depending on her, choose which compliment to use, ie. clothes, her ability to hold her liquor, work, pretty etc.
