New scam on wechat or michat

Not sure if this was mentioned in this forum but just wanna share my recent experience.

I normally use Wechat or Michat "search nearby" function.
Was browsing through recently and suddenly a female greeted me through the search nearby function. Wanted me to add her as friend. so i just added as the avatar looks legit.

After added as friend, started chatting.
She asked for my age and share her age.
She mentioned that she is a Malaysia working in Singapore.
She ask for my marital status and said that she have a bf and if i mind? Of coz i said no i won't mind. haha

Next she asked what am i looking for from the chat? She said she is just looking for a sex partner. Having heard this, rings my alarm liao..
To me, this is too direct liao but i just follow through and see what she is up to.

She said as she have a BF, she don't want to chat in wechat/michat and sent me a link to join and chat in there. Using my hotmail (for this type of purpose), i register and started chatting with her. After 3 messages, the system will prompt me to signup (need to pay) if i want to continue to chat with her. Well, i didn't signup and she messaged me on wechat to faster signup so that we can meetup soon.

i stopped the chatting. Totally felt like a scam to me.
What do Bros here think?

Its a scam. They will ask you to subscribe with fee, with promise they send you nude photos, nude videos, etc. Or ask u buy "gifts" on that website. They keep asking you to fork out money to show you are sincere, blah blah.
Once you pay, then they MIA.

This is not a new tactics, been here long time ago, definitely a scam, unfortunately there are still people falling for it, thats why it is still around..

talking about scams, went on skout recently and was talked to by a china lady, she prompted to move to whatsapp, so curious i asked whats her wechat/michat and she said she has none. china but none of those huh? Gives a malaysia number i asked huh how come, her number when she was in msia red flag liao but nvm no harm trying.

Continue to try to prompt social media, also kosong. Starts chatting say beauty product send to singapore working at chinatown and then i ask her send me selfie or any voice chat to confirm she say what can she cheat me of but truthfully yea, she hasnt asked anything yet even though i hinted her i wanna go massage back is hurting blah blah, then she ignores me already after asking confirmation, last resort ask her to come out and meet if she is free says she dont know. sua la

Not new but the usual normal modus operandi of these scammers...

There are many such people who uses our goodness and kind intention to cheat us of our hard earned money. Be careful when they talked about money and how pitiful they are.They are preying on our sympathy.Just be careful
