unknown redness

my penis is red like something on the picture as below.
No pain, no itchness or anything.
Its been over 2 mths. i have seen men health doctor but he said nth serious.
applied combiderm cream no use.
Cleared STD test, but there is sign of urinary tract infection, i have ate some antibiotics and some sach (drink with water). nth seems to be effective.
The redness was the same throughout one mth plus but recently like spread abit to some areas.
i developed cold sore maybe? few days ago. not sure related or not.
Kindly advice what should i do next. Should i go see DSC clinic?

I have no idea what causes that it does not look like any sort of STD.

The doctor also ask me not to worry, but the redness is still there for 2 mths ++

I had something like that too.. but not so much and did not spread..
No pain, no sore .. just red..
Eventually went away.. subsequent annual health check ups say ok..
Anyways, go get test to have a peace of mind..

mine spread abit. i already cleared STD. but the test have abit of UTI.

You already know its not STD since DR say so and you probably tested. UTI by itself is self explanatory. we are both clean, we are partners, never fool around or anything.
already restricted sex, 1 mth use hand 3/4 times, cannot tahan. i use toilet paper to wipe after peeing for a few years already.
whenever i drink water i will need to pee after awhile as far as i know,i dont know is it a symptom or not.

Hi TS, this one looks like allergy.. I think is normal... maybe skin too dry .. I have this quite often, nothing one ..

Tat why u clear ur STD test. Maybe apply some lotion .. maybe u keep worrying and u keep washing until is too dry and make the matter worse.

Put powder , keep it dry ...

no itch, no pain one.. i think is just abrasion or allergy or skin too dry. Maybe dun have sex for 2 weeks, keep that part dry and put some snake powder..

ya.. i think this one every guy sometimes will get.. maybe allergy or sometimes HJ or PCC then will develop... Keep the area dry and clean can liao, The more u wash the worse it gets..

Not STDs at all.. If not mistaken, STDs will feel pain or pus or itchy..

Already try my best to keep dry. Air after bath, wipe with tissue after pee, hardly have sex after the redness
Been 1mth plus, not much change , and the redness spread a little.
that why i am abit worry.

But after fter clear STD , i feel better la, just that i now haven go back check UTI cleared or not, or maybe really allergy or something.

Try finding out which one of the above. 100% not STDs u shd not worry too much liao..

Suggest you dont use soap to wash . Just plain water and see how it go. I had something similar. Went to a doctor and he told me is bacteria infection mostly due to me sweat alot because of work. Cream was given and follow his instructiion of not using any soap or shower cream. After about 2 months, it recovered.

looks more like fungal infection, i used to kena quite often, some times due to stress, some times wash dick head too vigorously with too strong soap..my doc prescribed sporanox and within days it cleared away..

Hi bro. I think this is nothing serious, just some fungal or yeast infection. Used to have something like this on about 70% of my penis glan. Didnt recover for 1-2 months at all even with medication (cream from gp) . Then I totally cut off all PCc and keep penis clean and dry (after pee I always pull down foreskin to wipe whole head). After about 2 weeks then ok already. Hope this helps.
