A remarkably effortless way to significantly improve your health : replace all your cooking oils with extra virgin olive oil, and use only extra virgin olive oil for all your cooking needs. The only precaution when using extra virgin olive oil for cooking (eg. stir frying), is that you must keep the frying temperature below the smoke point of olive oil.
