Illegal modifications like tinted windows make PMD users and pedestrians unable to see the driver clearly and thus pose a communication hazard which causes unnecessary danger to other road users. Some illegal modifications also make the vehicle pollutive, noisy or even a road hazard if unauthorized.

Shouldn't LTA also forfeit the non compliant motor vehicles as well?

If LTA does practice double standards and...
