Sex worker gets 18 weeks' jail for threatening to circulate nude photos of client

The court heard that on Sept 30 last year, the man came across an advertisement by Benitha offering sexual services via an online application.

He contacted her and agreed to pay her $400 for two hours of sexual services.

They met up later that day at around 4pm in a room in Hotel 81 in Balestier Road.

When Benitha arrived, the man paid her and proceeded to take a shower. He did not know that while he was in the shower, she took a photo of him. Later, she asked him to lie naked on the bed and took another photo without his knowledge.

Benitha then continued to use her phone and appeared to be uninterested in having sex, Deputy Public Prosecutor Chin Jincheng told the court.

When the man decided to get dressed and leave, Benitha demanded a further $600.

He refused and told her she could keep the $400 that he had already given her even though she did not provide him with sexual services.

He tried to leave but she showed him the photographs of him in the nude on her phone, and threatened to circulate them on the Internet unless she got another $600.

Shocked, the man tried to snatch the phone from her but failed.

Benitha then picked up the kettle in the hotel room and threatened to scald him. The man then relented and both of them checked out of the hotel.

Benitha followed the man when he went to withdraw cash from an ATM nearby.

At the ATM, she abruptly demanded $1,000 instead of $600. The victim pleaded with Benitha, telling her that he did not have $1,000. She finally agreed to receiving $700 instead.

The man gave her the money and asked Benitha, who told him she was Singaporean, to delete the photographs in his presence, and she did.

He later reported the matter to the police.

It was revealed in court that Benitha has returned $700 to the man.

When such incident happen. All u need to do is call hotel to call the cops for u. Tell them the girl blackmail u. They wont allow her to leave nor allow her to use her hp. The pic can be used as evidence.

She will cry n beg for forgiveness

That dude is stupid for few reasons:

1) Local chickens are generally not pleasant looking, particularly those <$500 ones. He should have gone for the PRC or Thai instead.
2) Do not pay before service.
3) No one is interested to see naked men. He should not have been threatened.

One needs to be decently smart in order to call chickens online, this dude failed in this regard.
