Hi all. Hope someone can advise me. I was involve in an car accident. I was exiting an open air car park and the vechicle behind tailgate me to avoid paying his car park charges. He accelerate too fast and collide into my car. My in car camera caught all these and he still insist he never collide into my vechicle and refuse to exchange particulars. He reluctance exchange only I called the police who advice him over the phone to do so.
While he was taking photo of my car, he spit his saliva on my car and again this was capture on my camera.
I logde a police report and was told by the Police IO they are not going to pursue the issue as there was no loss or damage to any property or to myself. After much argument with the IO, then he agree to refer the case to NEA.
May I know spitting at someone property is not an chargeable offense? What should I do next to ensure justice is done?
