Bro, you should not have sex with your GF for at least 3 to 6 months without protection to avoid any kind of infection or even passing her HIV.

Hi bro,if your incident happen before 72hrs. Advise you go for PEP. But if after 72hrs, then you better pray often that the girl is real clean. For HIV test, the earlier is after (D=day)D14 for generation 4th. Then confirm again after D30 with 3rd generation. To finalize your HIV status is after D90. You should consider STD check up as well.
