This is an act of TREASON liable to be executed by firing squad, that an ex-president ask another country to exercise power of occupation over sovereignty on his own soil. Any citizen inviting a foreign power to occupy own country is TREASON CRIME liable for executed by firing squad, much more so for a bastard corrupt ex-president doing so to save his own ass from prison.

詹啟賢：陳水扁別亂跑 好好靜養

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北2017年3月22日電）前中國國民黨副主席詹啟賢今天表示，前總統陳 水扁既然保外 就醫，就該好好待在高雄的住家靜養，不要到處亂跑。陳致中辯稱陳水扁是訪友，對病情有幫助，得 了便宜還賣乖 。

詹啟賢下午在臉書發文表示，按當初保外就醫申請規劃，陳水扁應以在高雄的住所居家診療為主，若 需住院醫療應 至高醫大附醫，門診、到府診療及開立診斷證明書等則由高雄長庚負責。

他說，依法論理，陳水扁能夠被允許出沒的場所，應僅限於這三地與其間的交通移動線。除就醫之外 ，無法任意活 動，應在家休養為宜，若要到任何其他公開活動，均應向台中監獄申請許可，方得前往。

詹啟賢表示，如今陳水扁卻現身台南與高雄的聚會，其兒子陳致中還辯稱陳水扁是訪友，對病情有幫 助，到底犯那 條天條？這種得了便宜還賣乖的話，聽在社會大眾、其他5萬在監服刑的受刑人、以及其家屬耳中， 更不知做何感 想。

詹啟賢說，陳水扁觸犯的不是天條，而是中華民國法律，且經三級三審定讞發監。台灣是法治國家， 陳水扁既然保 外就醫，就應依照相關規定處理，而不是一再挑戰規則，踏線越界。

他表示，只有少數人能享受的權利不是權利，只是特權。台灣不是只有一名受刑人有身心問題和就醫 需求，希望法 務部審慎檢討保外就醫規定，公平對待所有受刑人，不應視平民如草芥，奉貴冑為上賓。
