Genital herpes or?

Hey Bros, I have developed a wound (or blister?) on the underside of my foreskin and a swollen frenulum. Every time I touch it, it hurts. And whenever it comes in contact with water and pee, it would be painful and had a stinging feeling. It also comes with a yellowish discharge, don't know is it due to the smegma. Can any bro advise me with my issues? Is it genital herpes or just an infection? Thanks.

Go see a polyclinic doctor or general practitioner of your choice perhaps, genital herpes is quite common in this part of the world, sometimes Singaporeans get it without realising, it can happen when you share the dirtiest of toilet seats even with the previous user. PS: Try not to procreate in the meantime if you can. Thanks.

You can get herpes by having vaginal, anal, or oral sex with someone who has the disease.

Fluids found in a herpes sore carry the virus, and contact with those fluids can cause infection. You can also get herpes from an infected sex partner who does not have a visible sore or who may not know he or she is infected because the virus can be released through your skin and spread the infection to your sex partner(s).

Sharing toilet seats is remote lei.

not sure if they do that for herpes in Singapore
usually blood test or swab test
