From time to time the Sinkie gabrament under the charge of Chief Natural Aristocrat has been telling its subjects that healthcare in Zikapore is one of the world's best. But world-renown healthcare expert who's obviously not paid by the PAP, thinks otherwise. Question: Your country's annual budget allocates hundreds of millions of SGD to ministry of health each year, since 1965. How come primary healthcare still sucks? Why, why tell me why?
