Yes, this is the first word my kawaii Japanese teacher said when we first met.

Had been enjoying stories from so many brothers and sisters here, I would like to share my own story in return hope you enjoy....

Late last year, after my work stint in Japan, I gave myself one goal, to speak Japanese, to learn it so when I go Japan for work every year, I can communicate with Japanese....

So late last year, I searched through internet to look for a jap tutor, one to one. I know that is the only way to speak. If I join regular classes, the progress will be slow, so I thought. I sent out 3 SMS, only one reply within 30 min, the other 2 took one day and one week to reply respectively. Also, the first to reply was also the cheapest, so naturally I took her...
The SMS..
T is the teacher.
T "where do you stay, I can teach you at your home if you are a girl"
I "sorry I'm a man, can't you come to my house?"
T"sorry, I don't go to man's house"
I "then where can we have lesson? I can go to your house because I have car"
T "no, that is not nice, let's meet outside"
I "but outside so noisy"
T "I know a quiet place, let's meet there and have lesson"
I "OK tell me"

I follow the address she gave me and reached the place. It was a relatively old building but there is a nice cafe inside the building, the cafe is very quiet, I wonder how the business survive with such low traffic.

T "hi, I'm the girl sitting near the entrance with green miniskirt and white blouse." She text me.

I looked around. My eyes nearly popped out, when I see her. She is such a gorgeous girl, long, black, silky hair, big eyes, super fair skin, typical gnd Japanese girl, and she look very young, early 20s. She is like the most kawaii jap girl I've ever seen, my imagination starts to say towards JAV porn, but I know I must stop....

Deep in my heart, wtf, such young girl, how can she be my teacher, how can she teach, is she qualified to reach me?

I don't know why, my heart was beating very very fast, maybe because I've never seen such a pretty girl for a long time and thinking of sitting next to her for the next 90 min, I just couldn't do it.

I decided to leave the cafe and stop the lesson.

Looking at the mirror in the toilet, I spoke to myself.

Hey, wake up, you are so old, married with kids, what are you thinking, stop day dreaming, you and her, heaven and hell, totally not comparable, impossible!

I’m in my late 30s, 1.82 m tall, 80 kg, considerd big size type, I work out and jog regularly, I'm married for more than 10 years, live in a sub-urban 1500 sq ft condo, with 2 kids, own a MPV and a class 2 motorbike. Not rich nor handsome…..

Her rate was $70/hr, so $105 for 90 min. With this money, I can get 2 sessions in Cat50 and top up $45 can get one session of CAT150.... but her beauty can beat any CAT150 WL n GL.

But why she work as free lance teacher? $70/hr, minus transport and learning material, is not that high, she could have easily made ….. $500/day for being a model for photo shoot, or in the extreme $500/hr as FL!

But she is NOT a FL, that is the key!

If I spend $105 for the next 90 min, I'm sure to waste money because I confirmed cannot focus and cannot learn..... She will be a distraction to my learning, and I don't know if she is a competent teacher....

But if I were to leave then, it would be very rude and ungentlemanly. I already agreed in the sms the rate, and what if she took one hour or more to travel to meet me, and go back empty handed?

I should give her a chance, so I thought. But was I giving myself a chance then? Was I giving myself a chance to flirt, to look for another companion? Am I cheating in my wife?

Conflicting thoughts kept flowing into my mind. It was a fight between mind and body. My body, in particular my little brother, is leading the way....

I decided to stay.....

I walked out of the toilet, to my surprised, she was there waiting for me....

I "why are you here?"

T "I see you stay do long inside, almost 30 min, so I came here and take a look, are you alright?" followed by a sweet smile.

I"yes, I'm fine, thank you, what can happened to me, a big man"

Literally big, but not my whole body, only one part of the body. I was wearing a tight jeans and it was uncomfortable down there!

As we walked back to the cafe, I saw her long and fair legs, wearing a miniskirt made her legs even longer, even more attractive. She is about 1.67, 1.68 m tall, tall by Japanese standard.

I "You can start charging me from the time we met, I'm sorry to let you waited for 30 min"

T "no, I'll start charging once we start"

I smiled. She smiled back.

I opened the door for her, she went to get seat and day down down in the sofa, my dear was a normal cafe chair with v soft cushion. As the sofa is lower, I can see her lovely slim legs again, as the sofa was low, she tilted her legs at about 40 deg from vertical, in a Japanese lady like sitting posture. At close range, I can smell her nice fragrant perfume, very nice, I don't smell this fragrance in Singapore, only in Japan, I think she brought it from Japan.
I "teacher, may I know your name?"
T "my name is T."
I "can you write it now?"
T "yes, like this, in kanji, you want to know my surname also?"
I"yes, if that is possible".
Then I passed her my name card.
I looked at her blankly.
She avoided my eye contact and proceeded to look into her bag for some worksheets...
T "ah, here you are... Let's follow the points in the worksheet and discuss"
I stared at the worksheet,
"What is your hobby, what do you like to eat etc...."
What struck my most was question number 4 "what type of girl/boy do you like?"....
I "teacher, may I answer question number 4 first?"
T "by all means"
Although I'm proficient in answering routine questions in Japanese, I was not good at answering question 4, which is not a usual question in Japan.
I "I like girls who are good looking, friendly...." Suddenly I can't think of the correct jap words to use, she giggled again....
I "can I speak in English?"
T "no, this is a Japanese class, you must speak in Japanese only"
I "but I can't answer question 4 very well"
T "but you chose to answer it first!"
Sounds authoritative.
To price that I'm not stupid and to make her feel good, I said "the type of girl I like is someone like you, pretty, attractive, attentive, intelligent..." I gave all the positive Japanese adjectives I could think of at that time.
Both of us broke into laughter.
