Weird symptoms. Please advise

This is my first post.
My husband seems to be not interested in sex with me. I tried many things but all doesn't work.

He likes to intiate sex. However he is very long lasting and no matter what I did I can't make him come. Even during penetration, he will get bored and soften up.

Usually will have to finish using his own hands.

I am sad that I couldn't satisfy him. Is there a medical term for this or is there anything I can do to help?

It sounds more like a psychological issue than a medical one since you point out that he has can ejaculate when he masturbates to orgasm.

Perhaps he simply isn't turned on by you anymore. This is a common occurrence when it comes to long term relationships. Sex become mundane and boring.

If he has no problems reaching orgasm when he has sex with someone else, then it would pretty much confirm my diagnosis.

Although there is a chance it could be some form of Ejaculatory Dysfunction.

There are many possible causes including:
1. Medication side effects (is he on any long term meds? herbs?)
2. Back injury involving the nerves
3. Prostate Problems
4. Hormonal problems (testosterone, estrogen, prolactin etc)
5. Bladder problems

I agree with boss that if he has no problems with a different partner then it is not a physical cause.

That is an experiment I assume you may not be comfortable with.

Back injury? Does disc bulges in the back or neck that cause strange sensations in a man also cause erection difficulty or maintaining it?
