An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Note that nobody is deprived of 'basic rights' just because they have not served NS, and that NSmen are only given useless minor benefits as a token of appreciation. To her those peanuts are unfair and and makes her feel unworthy of her citizenship Even though the meager amounts they give are nothing compared to the 2 years of salary loss, and career advancement (even more than 2 year if you count ICT), that doesn't factor into the equation apparently.
