Killing for honour, sinki land beats matland

So, in terms of criminal justice, matland will hang all killers. In sinkie land, justice is tempered with mercy and under the jelly laws, the Sarawakian who killed for money is encouraged to seek escape from the gallows.

Matland may be backward than sinkie land in terms of economic progress but the mats are more prepared to hang all killers and kick arse of hooligans with iron rods, than with feather dusters like the pappies.
