a 30yo man beaten a 17yo boy to death at a game
arcade , chinatown.
the culprit not caught .
the boy died, too sorrowful, boy mother died after one year.
her only son.
money reward to catch the culprit not successful,
it had fled spore.

I think school bullying happens everywhere around the world. Its just a matter of how severe it is (ie to the extend that the gal's clothes get ripped off?); or whether it has been recorded on smartphones and uploaded.

In NS, it's also common to bully the newbies.
