Marry a KTV girl

Hi samsters.. I just started cheonging KTV recently. I never bring any girls out as of now. Only go and have some drinks and enjoy the girl's company. As the first few outing, get to know this KTV lady which is quite cute to me. so I will always call her when i am there. Things changed a little now as she asked me yesterday if I am interested to marry her. She is 31 this year. She says she like me and wanted me to marry her if i like her. she is on student pass now in Singapore and paying $2k per month school fees just to remain in Singapore. She told me she is not interested with studying anymore. She mention she will pay me 2k per month if I marry her so I can apply for her dependant pass or PR for her later on after we get married. But there is 1 condition, I must follow her back to China to meet her parents and we will live like normal husband and wife. She says she doesn't want to divorce later after getting married. We will have our children and live like normal couple. With a condition She will still work in KTV.

I am a bit confuse... She is offering money to me to get her a dependent pass / sponsor her to get PR. But she wanted a normal couple life (have children). Yet she expect me to let her work in KTV again to support the expenses. I am currently single and no gf. Her offer seems not bad since can get free sex from a not bad looking girl. Also she is paying me.. But marrying a KTV girl. I dont feel comfortable bringing her home to meet my families and introducing her to my friends as my wife. And most importantly. After get married, she expect this will last forever but for me, I dont feel like doing this long term and I need a decent wife later in my life. Should I just take the offer then divorce her later after may be 2-3 years when she can have her PR and able to stay in Singapore on her own?
