Shocking video shows 28 kindergarten children in a 7 seater van

Published on Nov 11, 2015 Police in the city of Liuzhou in southern China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region fined a driver recently after they found 28 kindergarten children being transported in his van, which is manufactured to carry up to 7 people. In order to make money by carrying more people, the driver removed the back seats and replaced them with three wooden long benches. 6 points were deducted from the driver’s license by the police and his van was withheld for further investigation. China has launched a crackdown on overloading problem, especially on school buses, following many severe accidents involving overcrowded vehicles in recent years.
