Meet Uncle Xia, 80 years old, sitting at his favorite sport of 7-8 years outside Choa Chu Kang's Limpang Fairprice. Uncle Xia was observed to spent much of his time at the local mall. He eats there. Do his business there. Is he homeless? "No", Uncle Xia said. He lived 5 mins walk away with son & daughter-in-law. Why is he sitting there?
