Make a win-win situation. Have them purchase a BTO flat if possible, get the girl to sign a contract that the house will be fully paid and own by your fren, girl cannot claim any % if divorced. Then 5 yrs down the road, sell the flat to earn more, 60k+profit from house sale.

Its just a matter of business..

If lucky, it be a turning point for your fren. He get the girl and the house to start a family with the one he love...ultimate winner..

Not a wise idea. Not easy too...

ICA is aware of such. The woman may not get PR status, cant work legally, depend on pass, and so, if kena caught, ur friend will be in trouble as well.

I have a close friend who is doing this too. After almost a year since their "marriage", he is regretting it. Why? He liked the girl too, but the girl has a Big Fish supporting her. So her priority is always to please her financial sponsor, not her legal husband. Lots of risk involving. If the woman can't work here, she kills her time by gambling....end up lose money, borrow more money from illegal loan shark and then run away.....then who end up being harassing & clear her debt.
