A Personal Experiment to Abstain from Porn, Sex and Masturbation

I would be doing an experiment to test if I am able to abstain from any form of sexual pleasure derived from watching porn, masturbation and having sex activities for 1 month.

From what I recall, the longest period I have tahan from cumming was 2 weeks of overseas ICT. Other than that, I usually do not last for more than 3 days without some form of sexual pleasure.

Have any bros tried such an abstinence before? And for how long?

I shall be documenting how I feel from time to time during this 1 month and write them down before I post them on this thread.

Not going to log in for a whole month, starting from this coming Tuesday. Hope I can succeed! It is going to be really tough, considering I can have access to these very easily.

I don't have a good idea on what to expect during this journey. I know I will feel horny but must overcome the feeling with very strong discipline. I think I may feel very frustrated along the way too. I read somewhere that not cumming for a long time is not very good for health but maybe 1 month should be alright.

But I think there will be some benefits too, like more time to do other things, save a bit of money.

Wish me luck! At the end of it, maybe I can share with bros here my experience and some takeaway lessons.

My longest is 4 month, no porn no PCC, no sex (also no gf lah). The biggest difference I feel alot more energetic, and my weightlifting increase dramatically. Morning wood hard like fuck also. Cleared my blueballs not long after attached.

You can google nofap, alot information. But a lot of them actually encourage sex, more of anti porn/anti PCC.

I have abstain from all form of sexual activity for 6 to 8 months. It was not easy. No masturbation but have wet dreams and filthy. During this period of time, i exercise , read, listen to music. Basically just having a healthy lifestyle.

Good question. I am also not sure why I want to start something like that. Maybe to experience a different way of life. Life is there for you to experience it differently. Sometimes when you try out something new, you can gain new perspective of yourself.

Mine was about 1yr++ sometime ago due to relationship problems with OC, Don't have $ go stables so kept myself super busy instead... Did had wet dreams during that period but only to wake up feeling sad
