You will need to identify the key root of the problem. To some people, it is over-masturbating which results in desensitivity, to some it is over consumption of pron which results in mental stimulation numbness.

To a minority few, it is an issue of screwing too much.

You get morning erections? Or erections in the middle of the night? If you do then it is most likely a psychological issue.

If you do not, see a doctor. At this age, the most common pathological cause of ED is venous leak.

...either the particular movie "scene" make you so high and DIY alotss....or your partner suck you dry...muscle also need to rest when too much activity...same like you go gym...unless like Dr. Tan says venous leak. But stress can be part of the factor that influence your little bro from erecting also.

Very curious if semi-erections count as nocturnal erections? Like a 60% chub and never fully rock hard. Does that mean the nervous impulse is functioning but there is arterial insufficiency?

Good question. Those kind of semi erections during sleep are an indicator of a physiological cause. Maybe arterial insufficiency.

There was a study published recently that said the vast majority of ED issues are NOT purely psychological causes. Interesting read.
