Very tempting environment . It's not just syt, it's ATB syt ( china gals). I mean there are young guys also la so I can be considered uncle la. But see liao buei tahan also like experiencing 2nd spring.

How u guys cope ah ? Or u guys got actually jio these syt out , start as "frens" then slowly become piak buddies?

I work in an environment where all are girls. Most are young chio bu because customer facing. Worse, I am their boss. I am married with kids. Some bros view this a blessing, I view it a bane. Any mistake means I risk losing my wife and kids. So when they zhao kng, I look away. When they cry, I walk away, not stick around to offer a tissue, waiting for something beneficial to happen. I try not to lunch alone with a girl unless it is work and in very public places. If want eat, at least 3 in a group. It can be very uncomfortable, so I eat alone most of the time or lunch with my wife when she is free. When they ask me out for drinks, I avoid. Unless no choice like team building, then I have to entertain. Once there was this chio bu who was drunk and grabbed me to kiss and fondle. I pushed her away politely and put her on a cab. Next day, it felt awkward. I told her it's alright, just keep it professional at work. I have done this for many years and treat them like my kids. It takes discipline. But it does not stop rumours from spreading that so and so is boss favourite or boss is sleeping with so and so now. Just know yourself and ignore the rumours.
