In the article "The security men and women who became like family" (The Sunday Times, May 17 2015, page 39), the Founding Daughter of Sinkieland confesses that her FamiLEE misuse state employees for other purposes, ie. deploy their security officers to do other jobs than the one they had been assigned to. FamiLEE treat state employees like domestic help.
A little bird from the West whispered to me that security officers to the heads of governments and their family members the United Stasi of A., Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, etc... are prohibited by their employment contracts and relevant laws to become caregivers, nurses, chat companions, playmates, etc...
The description provided by the Founding Daughter in the aforementioned article is proof that FamiLEE abuses their position and power to coerce state employees to perform tasks unrelated to the latter's job descriptions.
