Based on the photos sent by the Stomper the man was painting the grills of what is believed to be the balcony of a HDB flat on the third storey. The bespectacled man looks to be in his 50s or 60s. Said the Stomper via a telephone interview: "People from downstairs could see the man. "I think it is quite inappropriate." What do you think of the mans actions?
