Smrt annouces that it wants to be singapore's 4th telco

M1 buy 500 buses ? http://therealsingapore.com/content/...ores-4th-telco SMRT has announced that it wants to become Singapore's 4th wireless telecommunications carrier licencee. It has made an agreement with a company called OMG to do so. OMG is a company incorporated in Singapore by Consistel Pte Ltd on 20 October 2014 for the purpose of bidding for the Telco Licence. The official release to SGX is available here. An interesting point to note is that on Consistel's Board of Directors is an ex-civil servant. Michael Yap was previously the Deputy CEO at Media Development Authority (MDA). He was also the CEO of National Computer Board (NCB).
