A little introduction...

I was an escort for a little while previously. When I approached the agency, I thought it would really be more like an escort companion (a date followed by play time) instead of just straight up wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am sex.

Long story short, I was sick of being under-compensated by my agent (think, me collecting 1.5k, but have to transfer 1k to them). Also, there were more than a couple of bad clients that I had to face - pushy about not using condoms, asking me for more time without paying, etc. One guy asked if he could spit on me (like you know how a certain group of FTs do?), I refused, but he did it anyway. Suffice it to say, I was quite traumatised by the lack of respect I was getting. Yes, I was being paid, but I am still human after all.

Thus started my foray into sugaring. I created a profile on a sugar website, and the messages came pouring in almost immediately. Personally, I find talking about money tacky - my expectations are clearly stated on my profile, and if they were messaging me, surely they have read my profile first, right? Wrong.

There were the lowballers ("$300 overnight for a test run?" Dude, you think this is Groupon 90% off?) Perhaps my expectations were high because of my knowledge of the FL scene. Such lowballers were absolutely abhorrent and repulsive to me. Really guys, if you can't afford a SB, don't get a SB.

And then there were the meet ups with potentials....

Yes I know its quite common for FL to go do SB once their money issue settle.

I was in confusion before.

i think you miss the part most applicable to you... if cannot afford sb, stay away.

To me, the difference between a FL and SB is quite ambiguous. Same same but different, you know? I will say that if you are looking for exclusivity, then you should be prepared to pay for it. $15-20k should not be surprising. Think of it as "retainer".

If a SD only wants 1-2 meet ups a week (which seems to be the norm), they usually are only willing to fork out 3-5k max. Full time sugars who don't have a supplementary income will obviously be dating others, thus getting a reasonable sum per month (hair, nails, clothes, etc to keep us looking good don't come free).

The difference of course is that we are paid to date, not fuck. SDs usually emphasize on having chemistry and companionship. As a girl I feel more comfortable with this arrangement as well. I do enjoy dating older men, but I am getting paid to compensate for the fact that this will never amount to anything more. Feelings may develop, and there is nothing wrong with that as long as both parties understand the ephemeral nature of the relationship.

Other SBs may think differently. Everyone has their own MO
