SingTel’s Fibre Broadband services were disrupted for several hours on Tuesday night but they have pointed their finger at LTA for the disruption.
SingTel said that the disruption was due to LTA’s road widening works.
Customers took to Facebook to complain about the outages saying that the service was down since about 10pm and continued to be out for several hours.
Netizens complained on Facebook that they did not get any notification of the outage and were not told what was going on.
SingTel claimed that they did tell customers about the outage by SMS but they were unable to contact those who did not leave their phone numbers.
The services affected included areas around Bukit Panjang.
