Regime hints that harassing con artists who pay taxes and rents is deemed illegal ...

Transmodified from Mouthpiece hxxp://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/sim-lim-case-citizen/1458478.html PEASANTPORE: As the netizen-led campaign against Sim Lim Square con artist, Asiatic Jover Chew continues, the regime has told lawyers to warn that such tactics – in part driven by frustration over ineffectual action on unscrupulous retail practices – put peasant perpetrators at risk of running afoul of the law for harassing con men who pay taxes and rents. There are provisions under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act which could apply in the protection of Con Man Chew, whose identity card number, address and mobile number have been dredged up and shared online by irate peasantry over the past few days. Pro-regime lawyers also clarified that online anonymity could pose a challenge to poodles investigations if and only if non-familee members are targeted. Con artist Chew’s troubles began following reports that he had attempted to pay a 1,010 peanut refund ordered by the Small Claims Tribunal in coins to a PRC Panda, and in a separate incident, Vietcong Drama King Pham Ah Thoai, who had gone down on his knees to beg for a refund. In addition, Con Man Chew's Mobile Air, which had 25 complaints lodged against it with toothless Peasant Consumers Association of Peasantpore (CASE) between August and October, quickly became a symbol of the seedier side of con men infested Sim Lim Square. On Thursday (Nov 6), a brave but naïve T-shirt printed with a Hokkien vulgarity was placed outside his shop, which was closed. Con Artist Chew’s particulars were also reportedly used to order three large pizzas to his home on Wednesday to shame him after many peasants realized the regime would only harass political dissenters and leave con artists, loan sharks and other shady operators alone. Lackeys explaining why con man Chew deserves PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT ACT Legal Lackey Raj Mannar of Peter Ah Low said Con Artist Chew pays rents and taxes to the regime, hence he could take legal action against the source of harassment, since the regime is of the opinion that online accurate postings is harassing and damaging to his dodgy business. Lackey Sunil Sudheesan, sex partner at Kangaro Taylor Wessing, pointed to existing provisions under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act which could apply in this scenario to protect con men, loan sharks and other shady operators. This would require a pro-regime merchant to make a police report – Con Artist Chew’s wife is said to have filed one – followed by possible action by the Kangaroo Attorney-General’s Chambers after deciding if con-man Jover has paid sufficient taxes and rents to pro-regime linked businesses. If Jover cons more foreigners than local peasants, then he is in trouble under the 'Favour the Foreigners' policy. However, little can be done if the brave peasants behind the harassment is neither identified nor betrayed, Legal Lackey Raj pointed out. While the Protection From Harassment Act – which is meant to better tackle harassment online for pro-regime lackeys and merchants– was passed in March, Mouthpiece TODAY understands it is not fully in force yet as the regime prefers using lawsuits to deal with political dissenters see Roy and Hui-Hui. Under this Act, action can be taken depending on whether the affected pro-regime merchant feels harassed despite his own dodgy tricks, whether the pro-Familee prosecution thinks there is a case to be made and whether the peasant behind the harassment is anti-familee or otherwise, crowed Sunil. However, he added: “Ah yah, you know, I know, as long they do not slime against Familee's interests, we play by the ball and apply the Big Balls Theorem....if Jover is a idiot and swine, you be sure, we wayang lor, you want to shame that swine Jover Chew, your own business lor, but please do not say the authorities are only watching a free show or only knows how to deal with anti-familee political dissenters. You cross the line and criticize the regime, we whack you ok.” The regime however balked calls for tougher peasant consumer protection laws, Shook Lin & Bok LLP partner Ah Rob-the-son Lee suggested less robust enforcement of the existing laws instead. For example, CASE could be given wayang powers to administer cheap fines to errant merchants to keep up the show and placate peasants. "The fines could be collected in a fund, which could be used to compensate stupid victims of such scams and is likely to pay for foreign customers under the 'Favour the Foreigner Policy'. Old peasants noted the regime do nothing while peasants are cheated but only acted after a PRC Panda made noise and a Vietcong kneel and beg for help", Ah Lee added. Finally after maintaining Golden Silence for many days, Peasantpower Minion Overtime Tan CJ finally expressed profound shock at the behaviour shown in the crime infested Sim Lim pits and said he thought Sim Lim Square merchants are so honest that the Jewish deity reserved slots in paradise for them in their afterlife. He cautioned peasants who call for ironfisted measures from the regime as he hinted that merchants pay more taxes and rents, hence even if they scam peasants, the regime will always close one eye and simply say they will not interfere in civil disputes unless protected foreigners are victims..
