Nagarajan Karthick, 26, started by tapping the buttocks of a 25-year-old jogger as she ran in her Teban Gardens Road estate at 10.15pm on Aug 14. He then followed a 35-year-old woman into the lift of a nearby block at 10.55pm, pressed his hand against a plastic bag she was holding in front of her chest and lifted her skirt as she tried to get out.
