My liver belongs to the "heaty" category

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

I think my liver belongs to the "heaty" category, which means I am naturally a "heaty" person. If I don't drink enough water daily, my immune system will not be strong. Furthermore I exercise daily, making water intake crucial.

I can drink 4 to 5 litres of water daily. One good side effect is calming effect on the brain. My OC in the army was a water guy too. He'd drink like a horse when he was stressed out. Used to go jogging with him on saturday mornings and we'd come back and empty a gallon. The trainees coming back from Friday night exercise were shocked as back then water parade was unheard of. My OC and I were the pioneers of that practice, I'm sure and MINDEF saw the benefit.

Apologies to new recruits who now have to drink a full mug before breakfast and lunch daily.
