Need help finding for this girl.

I'm currently finding for this person named Vanessa. I forgot her surname but she's my home tutor during my primary school times. When I was around p4-6, 10-12years old, she's either in year 2/3 poly, around 18-19years old. I'm 18 now, so she's about 24-26 years old. Probably working by now.

I need help in finding her Facebook or any of her social network. (Stories about her hehe)

She's about 1.6-1.7m tall, slim figure, about B-C cup. Though last seen about 6 years ago, she might have grown a bit.
