I think Bangkok SPA, Jln Ambiad. Good palce, clean masage authentic Thai. Try go there. Sure u never regret for dats place. You can google for maps direction to go there.

Think there's some more, can't recall. I go with friends or alone, so I can't confirm if they have place for couple. Good luck checking them out.
