If the teeth had made a small hole, the condom would have disintegrated during sex so if it emerged intact after the act, it means that the condom passed the test.

Very safe, unless condom (passed expiry date / hardened - left in car glove box long time etc.) or WL wear braces. Experienced FLs (good turnover of condoms) and WLs in legal Geylang / Petain should be OK. Some WLs / FLs will change condoms for FJs. Can also ask for change when in doubt.
