10 days back i get a bbbj, when bath time suddenly my little brother stings a little but when i check no scratches. 3 days back suddenly get mild fever, headache dizzy and tired. Took panadol den recover d. Nxt day fever and headache suddenly come back leh. Am i being paranoid or really infected with hiv? should i go for some check up?

HIV is possible but very unlikely.

However, if you have a burning sensation when urinating, it could be gonorrhea.

The only way you can tell for sure is to go for a blood test.

your chance of getting dengue is higher than HIV.
take sam's advice and go for a HIV test if you are still worried.

It cost $30 for a simple blood test. If the test is positive, they will then draw blood from you for lab test, which is a confirmatory test.
