Singapore Top Human Capital Index but Salary Remains Low

人力资本指数排名 我国居全球第三 新加坡劳工队伍受过良好教育和技能培训,而且生产力高,在世界经济力论坛刚出炉的“人力资本指 数”中,位居 全球第3名,在亚洲国家中,则排名第一。这是世界经济力论坛(World Economic Forum,简称WEF)首次对全球122个国家进行这个评估。这些国家的人口加起来占了世界总人口的9 0 %以上。 各国被衡量如何提升国内劳动力的健康、教育和技能水平,然后转化为经济优势,制定出这套“人力 资本指数”( Human Capital Index)。 评估指标有4项:教育质量、健康状况、技能与就业,以及环境基础。 从各国的初、中、高等教育入学率,到劳动人口从幼年到成年的身体和心理健康水平,还有他们的工 作经验、智力 与培训,都是考虑重点。国家的法律体系、基础设施等影响人力投资回报的因素,也在评估范围内。 排名前三的依序为:瑞士、芬兰和新加坡。新加坡也是10大里唯一的亚洲国家。日本排第15、马 来西亚排第2 2,而“金砖四国”中,中国排名第43位,领先巴西、南非和印度。 http://news.omy.sg/News/Local-News/R...-Di-San-209867 The report ranks Singapore Human Capital in 3rd Place.
