Intelligence is the result of nature and nurture. It is partially hereditary and partially due to environmental reasons. Those with smart parents will tend to have smart kids. Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand have IQ scores of 92, 87, 86 and 91 respectively. We can correctly claim to be more intelligent than them.
