Risk of STD Transmission Through Burst Pimples

Hi everyone,

I'm a guy, and I tend to get pimples around my groin area in regions where a condom can't cover, e.g. on the scrotum and upper thighs.

Should the pimples here burst creating a broken area of skin, would there be significant risk of me catching an STD (e.g. HIV) should these areas with burst pimples come into contact with an infected partner's vaginal fluids?
