the way I read is that this group of people are not even presenting themselves as "pimps" and not operating officially as a prostitution business. they didn't register themselves as a brothel business and are presenting the case that they are merely the delivery of goods to various legal but non-related brothels.

I got no problem with that - but reading between the lines - it seems the pimps were exploiting the girls.

There was a horror story about a chinese gangster who forced one of the small korean girls to have sex with an obsess white dude - aussies here are so fucking fat that they can weight 200kg+. Honestly, they are like cows. The Korean girl bled from the experience and wanted to escape.

Poor girl tried to escape afterwards and the chinese gangster used an iron pipe to bash in her friend's face.

exactly. by not officially registering themselves a brothel business, they can operate illegally and doesn't need to subject itself to the whatever rules and regulations that come with licensing while at the same time enjoy the facade of a legitimate business. that is one of prime factors that work against the legalisation of prostitution - the criminal abuse and exploitation of the sex workers. that was also one of the prime reason of which some countries in which prostitution was once legal eventually outlaw them. for example, Sweden, in which it was once legal, now went as far as to criminalise demand, all because there are too many abuses and criminal exploitation.
